The overall façade design recalls industrial structures, inspired by both the character and history of the Urals and references to European revitalization experiences. The large-span building design allows for a unified space for the market on the ground floor, while extensive glazing preserves maximum natural light inside. The second floor space is illuminated by a skylight in the roof.

Given that the gastronomic centre is situated in a densely built area, all façades were carefully designed to provide a unique perspective and a dynamic play of forms, avoiding a monotonous appearance despite the building’s large scale.

On the first floor, there are popular food service concepts with seating areas, points of sale for local and self-produced goods, retail outlets, and an in-house cheese factory and brewery. The southern side also features a loading zone, quality control, as well as administrative and technical rooms.

The ground floor features retail concepts arranged as «islands» with products and perimeter seating areas, allowing access to a summer terrace. The interior design uses wood textures with slatted panels on ceilings and counters.

On the second floor, modern and diverse gastronomic concepts are featured, along with a high-tech event space capable of hosting concerts, sports broadcasts, and shows for various ages. There is also space for technological rooms, kitchens, and staff facilities. For families, there is a children’s area with entertainers. The interior, like the first floor, uses wooden-textured slats. Seating areas are designed as greenhouse-like silhouettes to create cosy, private spaces within the main hall.

The area of the complex is relatively small for a project of this scale (and the conditions of sunlight did not allow for an increase in height or expansion of the construction area), so significant attention was given to the development of landscaping and the placement of the building.
As a result, the space surrounding the gastronomic centre has been transformed into a small street consisting of a system of small parks with various functional elements: a children’s playground with a sandbox, swings for all ages, and spaces for summer restaurants, promoting the culture of outdoor dining.
For visitors with cars, there is a secured, landscaped parking lot with 146 spaces within walking distance of the gastronomic centre.
