The building has a compact volume, proportionate to its surrounding context. The main pedestrian and traffic flows run along Gotvalda Street and Mashinistov Street. As the building is located at an intersection, the main entrance is oriented towards the crossing of the two streets. The entrance area is accentuated by a contrasting finishing material combined with transparent glazed surfaces. The glazed sections are composed as solid blocks through the use of contrasting panel cladding. Double-height spaces with continuous glazing were also introduced, creating strong visual accents.
The massing and spatial composition of the facades is informed by the surrounding context and the configuration of the site; as a result, the building has a trapezoidal plan. The surrounding urban fabric is heterogeneous: residential and administrative buildings are represented by freestanding volumes with restrained façades and a calm colour palette.
The facade materials selected for the project include linear panels combined with a rendered facade system. The dynamic character of the façade is supported by panels of varying widths and a palette of yellow-green shades. Thanks to its neutral quality, the grey tone of the panels acts as a connecting element between the different materials and colours. A distinctive feature of the project is the use of vertical panel divisions rather than the traditional horizontal layout.
