The house is designed for one family, with the possibility of accommodating guests and service staff, including security personnel and a gardener. The ground floor includes an entrance area, shared family spaces, a bedroom zone, a guest area, and technical rooms such as a laundry, restroom, storage room, and other utility spaces. A separate studio for service staff is integrated into the structure of the house, with its own entrance from the northern facade. The second floor contains a study and a terrace for relaxation and informal gatherings. The terrace includes a summer kitchen, dining area, and lounge zone. Its location on the second floor responds to the client’s wish for privacy and protection from outside views. The basement level accommodates a home cinema with a restroom and ventilation chamber.
