Grand Lobby Interior Design

The existing parameters of the space called for a compact arrangement of functions. The grand lobby is a bright space with high ceilings, divided into four main zones: a concierge reception desk, a soft waiting area, a zone with coffee tables, and a workspace with a shared table. Here, every resident can find a place that suits them: to work on a laptop, enjoy a cup of coffee, relax in comfortable armchairs, or hold an informal meeting.

Transparent acrylic stools, classic retro armchairs, floating pendant lights, and wall sconces all complement the futuristic aesthetic, creating a sense of harmony and calm. Light-toned wood, the delicate sheen of steel, and glossy details form a balanced composition.

Accent details referencing 1970s design add dynamism to the space: bright vases and lighting fixtures, including iconic lamps, form an abstract composition of solid shapes and colour blocks. Particular attention is given to lighting scenarios, which allow the lobby to be filled with light and air, creating an atmosphere that changes in tune with the time of day.

While working on the project, the bureau’s designers sought to create an interior that feels both vivid and calm. The concept is based on a neutral palette of beige tones and the aesthetics of retrofuturism, with its optimistic vision of the future. Delicate steel details refer to the serenity of outer space.
