Park Stolits is a residential complex where the interior of each building reflects one of the world’s most recognisable and culturally significant cities. In developing the concept, we moved away from the conventional geographic formula — «Berlin is the capital of Germany» — and focused instead on the core idea that shapes the perception of each city and most fully conveys its character and spirit.
«Milan — the Capital of Fashion»
We searched for this «mood» of the city in Milan’s historic and contemporary architecture, its iconic locations, and its urban character as a whole. We drew inspiration from the interiors of fashion boutiques and luxury stores, translating their distinctive features into materials, interior objects, and accent details associated with the city of fashion and shopping.
Base colour palette:
matte white and light-toned marble, referencing the distinctive texture of Calacatta — an Italian marble known for its characteristic grey and beige veining.
