Layout Solution
The intimate bar with thirty-four seats, combined with the function of a wine bar, is located on the ground floor of the residential complex. Originally, the space was single-story, but the 5-meter ceiling height allowed the addition of a mezzanine level with additional seating—a round table for a large group of six people and two more tables for another six seats in total. The unused elevator shaft was also utilized, becoming part of the kitchen area on the first level and a guest restroom on the mezzanine level.
Interior Style and Finishing Elements
The bar’s centrepiece is a motorcycle—a 1980 Harley-Davidson that has travelled America for forty years. The raw mesh structure of the metal staircase leading from the first to the second floor adds a rugged touch. The VIP area on the second level is visually separated from the staircase space by a display of dozens of bottles arranged in a unique pattern, which supports the concept of a wine and apéritif bar.
The special atmosphere is set by a combination of accent and soft lighting, paying homage to both the vibrant biker culture and the warmth of friendly conversation. The bar’s highlight also includes paintings by Ural artists from the client’s collection, as well as those specifically acquired for the bar’s interior.
