The project aims to address issues of the park’s detachment from the city area, barriers to accessibility, and the creation of a new urban attraction.
The design includes zones for mass and cultural events, seasonal fairs, exhibitions, an open-air cinema, performance spaces, sports facilities, and recreational areas for children and adults, significantly enhancing the potential of this space as a new urban focal point.

The concept preserves existing pedestrian transit routes through the park and introduces the possibility of navigating through any route among the existing tree plantings. One-way circular traffic around the perimeter of the development was organized to eliminate informal parking and reduce the number of parking spaces. To compensate for the shortage of parking spaces, an underground parking facility was planned near Theatre Square. Additionally, parking spaces for tour buses and surface pedestrian crossings with safety islands were included in the design.
