Facade Solution
The diagonal rhythm of the facades creates dynamism in the static volume of the building. As a result, the observer’s gaze spirals across the facade. The choice of materials for the facade harmonizes with the surrounding development. Fibre-cement panels, mimicking brick, complement the existing masonry of the surrounding structures.
The contrasting finish of the first floor divides the building vertically, making it human-scale. Additionally, brightly coloured entrance groups guide visitors.
Due to its proximity to the Iset River embankment, the complex features two main entrances. The first is oriented towards the river, catering to pedestrians. The other entrance is situated on the opposite side, from Baranova Lane, where guests arrive by car. The change in terrain height allowed for the seamless integration of a two-story standalone ground-level parking garage: the height difference enabled the parking roof to become usable, aligning with the top of the terrain, and additional parking spaces were provided there.
Planning Solution
The building comprises 7 above-ground floors, with part of the top floor allocated for a terrace with views of the embankment and a covered canopy around the perimeter. The ground floor includes a lobby oriented towards two sides and a café with 50 seats. The rest of the ground floor and the subsequent 5 floors are occupied by exhibition halls, lift lobbies, and auxiliary rooms. A basement with auxiliary and technical rooms is located beneath part of the building.
