Black Istochinsky Pond Embankment

The development project for the pond’s waterfront area includes the organization of various recreational zones: a paid and secluded fishing area, barbecue hut and gazebo zones, seasonal residence houses, sports and playground areas, a beach and walking zone, and an active recreation area. The planned area will feature a windsurfing track, a racetrack, and the possibility of setting up a stage near the camp ground, as well as both a ground-level and floating café.

All developed zones are functionally interconnected, providing visitors with complete freedom to choose their recreational activities.
