The educational block is situated in an old brick building being renovated into a small farm. During the renovation, wooden floors were replaced with reinforced concrete ones, masonry was strengthened, new engineering systems were installed, and a supply-and-exhaust ventilation system was implemented. Here, the historical building meets high-tech modernity, with old, partially ruined brick walls contrasting with contemporary polygonal panels.
After a tour, guests can go up to the second floor, which features transformable classrooms. All furniture can be moved to adjust the space for different tasks and learning formats: students can work in groups or individually by rearranging the desks.
The classroom is equipped with mobile screens, interactive whiteboards, and an acoustic system. Each student is provided with a tablet that mirrors the information on the main screen.
Moving further into the classroom, guests will find a kitchen area with a large table. This space is designed for snacks, workshops, or hosting chefs, technologists, or farmers. For presentations, a large curved screen is mounted on the wall, creating an augmented reality effect when videos are projected.
The educational and enlightenment centre functions as an online library of accumulated knowledge from years of practice, accessible to every visitor during free time. Guests can explore the specifics of milk production and learn about the farm on large touch screens framed by polygonal panels.
White is used in the interior as an analogy to milk. Blue is an accent colour that matches the client company’s brand. Wooden-textured elements highlight the eco-friendliness of the production.
In addition to its educational function, the building includes an administrative and utility block for staff. Its layout and equipment were completely redesigned. Upgraded facilities include changing rooms, showers, restrooms, staff offices, and a kitchen-dining area. This administrative and utility zone also serves as a changing area for children before they participate in practical sessions at the educational farm.
